Establishing service standards, ensuring customer satisfaction by promptly addressing AV system faults via phone/email, or scheduling technicians/programmers to resolve issues. I also design and oversee the planning, execution, and completion of AV projects.

I have 8 years of expertise as a Service Manager and Project Manager at ICS Integrated Communication Systems. I have handled diverse AV systems and projects for both public and private sectors. Notable projects under my management include the City of Newark Chambers and Police Department, Daly City Chambers, Johnson & Johnson JLabs @ SSF, Dolby SF, Health Plan of San Mateo, San Jose College Theater & Emergency Operations Center, and Channing House. In addition, I also manage AV Service and Preventative maintenance contracts for high-profile clients such as Sobrato headquarters, Sobrato Non-profit locations, Patelco Credit Union Dublin, USBC Bay Area locations, Aligos Therapeutics, City of Newark, and the LinkedIn Campus (Mountain View and SF). My proactive approach and attention to detail have made me a trusted expert overseeing AV service excellence and complex project delivery.
