ICS provides a turn key solution. Our team evaluates the physical make of the facility and then develops a code compliant solution. This is inclusive of plan view drawings, riser diagrams, mounting details, State Fire marshal listings, and back up power calculations.

The Process
Information Gathering
Assess the building layout, site conditions, regulatory and code requirements, occupancy rating, and physical constraints
System Design
Develop detailed plans that include plan view drawings, riser diagrams, battery calculations, mounting details and sequence of operation matrixes.
Installation
Deploy crew to install cabling, mount devices, develop software, integrate systems, and complete pre-testing.
Testing & Handover
Systems are tested with the AHJ for certification. After approval, all documents are provided, and ICS assists with NFPA inspections and monitoring.
ICS Fire Systems Group Capabilities
The Fire Alarm Group at ICS designs and installs Fire Alarm Systems, including systems that support Life Safety through smoke control and voice evacuation.. The Fire Alarm group also provides central station monitoring, inspection, follow up service/maintenance and the ability to issue UL certification. Our key markets are commercial (including Hi Rise), industrial, education, performing arts venues, and institutional/government buildings.
The ICS Fire Group Project Managers maintain strong relationships with regional AHJ ‘s (authorities having jurisdiction) and are extremely knowledgeable about code and NFPA interpretation. This expertise is a valuable asset for our customers especially in the early stages of permitting and during close out when gaining occupancy is a priority.
