ICS has a very experienced and industry leading team of experts that can take an idea or concept requirement and turn it into a reality with intimate collaboration with our client. Our scope of services include assessing the physical space, developing a design that specifies and quantifies the individual components required to deliver expected functionality.

Following this ICS develops a complete set of drawings inclusive of plan view (device placement), dimensions, seismic details, mounting details, rack elevations, signal flow schematics and control system interfaces and GUI layouts. Once the Design is complete and approved by the client, ICS self performs material acquisition, warehousing and staging on site. Installation takes two paths .

A) ICS Technicians work on site to install system infrastructure.

B) Concurrently ICS technicians pre fab and mock up systems in our shop which includes racking equipment and pre-wiring interconnections, capturing Mac addresses and serial numbers, writing control programs and developing GUI layouts. Once system performs is verified it is deployed on site, configured into the site network and turned over to the end user. 99% of all this activity is self performed by ICS, in essence a true One Stop Shop.

AV systems are made up of literally hundreds on individual components such as signal processors, amplifiers, speakers, microphones, cameras, and digital displays. ICS has OEM dealership agreements, value added reseller licenses and supply line arrangements with a vast array of suppliers which allows selecting the right product for any given application and pre-arranged pricing agreements that insure financial prudency.

The real magic is in the software and programming. ICS has a very accredited and seasoned team of control system, audio (DSP) and network programmers that can not only make the system function seamlessly but they are also very good at training and supporting end users.

Information Gathering

Assess the building layout, site conditions, regulatory and code requirements,
occupancy rating, and physical constraints

System Design

Develop detailed plans that include plan view drawings, riser diagrams, battery calculations, mounting details and sequence of operation matrixes.

Installation

Deploy crew to install cabling, mount devices, develop software, integrate systems, and complete pre-testing.

Testing &Handover

Systems are tested with the AHJ for certification. After approval, all documents are provided, and ICS assists with NFPA inspections and monitoring.
