Job Description:

As the Production Manager, I am responsible for the quality, workmanship and safety for all of our technicians in the field. In addition to managing the manpower workload and schedule, I also am actively involved in every project (both AV and Fire Alarm) to ensure we are working efficiently, safely and are maintaining ICS’ standards and quality of work.
