Core Competency:

Responsible for knowing the capabilities of our field staff and for assembling a superior team on each specific project. ICS has many specialists who are experts in each of our niche markets, whether its Audio Video Systems, Fire Alarm Systems, CCTV, or another area. Bruce’s job is to determine who would be most qualified to work on the job, and then put together the best team possible.

Calling Card:

Responsible for all the technicians that work in the field. Also works with the management team to assist with labor unit calculations for proposals and estimates, Labor Projections and Scheduling

Industry Experience:

Over 35 years working in the industry. Began as an apprentice installer for Alco Paramount in 1976. After becoming a journeyman, Bruce continued to work for Alco, and then moved to Ceitronics in 1987. Became a Superintendent at Ceitronics in 1995. In 2007, Bruce became the production manager and superintendent at ICS.
